Hob Coffee On Park

If you ever find yourself strolling through Park Blvd in San Diego and craving a spot with good coffee, cool vibes, and maybe a sweet treat—Hob Coffee On Park is where you want to be. Tucked at 3752 Park Blvd, this spot has the kind of hipster-meets-casual energy that feels effortlessly trendy without trying too hard.

What stands out instantly is the vibe. Think moderate chatter in the background, stylish folks working on laptops, and that glorious outdoor seating that makes people-watching practically a hobby. It’s a go-to for those who like to sip slowly and settle in—whether for work, a chat, or just zoning out with a crepe.

And speaking of crepes, don’t even think about skipping the Sweet Crepe. It's one of their standout dishes, perfectly fluffy with just the right balance of sweetness. Pair it with their Peanut Butter Chocolate combo or a Truffle treat if you're into richer flavors. Honestly, their selection hits that sweet spot—literally.

Another win? The layout. It’s open, cozy, and full of warm tones that somehow make everything you order feel a bit more elevated. Despite the laid-back setting, there’s a sense of intention in every detail—from the curated menu to the friendly staff who somehow remember your name by your second visit.

It's been too long since I've been back at Hob! I decided to switch it up and ordered an iced kingslayer and I totally see why it's their most popular drink. It has agave and cinnamon but isn't very sweet. I usually get one of their savory crepes, but one of my favorites isn't on the menu anymore. I decided to get the HOB breakfast sandwich on a croissant and it was so good. I got a side of sriracha which makes everything better!

Love the coffee options and the food is really good. I wish the bacon egg and cheese bagel had a little more seasoning or even salt but it's still yummy! Good place to work with outlets and little tables so you're not taking up too much space when solo.

My new favorite coffee spot! They have an extensive menu of different drinks and food. I came in around the late morning (around 10:15am) and tried to order the fig & goat cheese toast, and the barista told me their kitchen wasn't open yet because their chef wasn't there yet... That was a bit of a bummer! I did order the Vanilla Lavender latte and that was amazing! It had the perfect notes of lavender- and it wasn't too overwhelming. This place has the cutest decor and has a nice patio to enjoy your drinks/food outside. I hope their kitchen is open for my next visit!

I've been to the other HOB locations and been to this location a while ago. They have a great selection of specialty drinks. I've had their specialty drinks quite often so I ordered a regular latte this time. I would have liked a bigger size but a small was fine. There are outdoor and indoor seating areas. I noticed that there were a lot of people and it got very loud. I then realized that there was a speed dating event occurring and while it was interesting, it was too loud for a regular coffee shop visit. Overall, the latte was pretty average which for me is equivalent to a 3.5 star rating, not 4.

Came here for a coffee date and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the coffee and food! I got the vanilla lavender latte with the CHEB on a bagel. The bagel was sooo soft and perfectly chewy and the latte was flavorful and strong. Employees were friendly and patient with all our questions, which was appreciated! They have indoor and outdoor seating and metered parking outside. Overall, would def come back to try their other food items and drinks!
